2. Returns

Eligibility:To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as digital products, customized items, and certain personal care goods, may not be eligible for return.

Timeframe: You have 14 Days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. Returns outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

4. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@defensivedad.com or call (917) 409-7627 with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Packaging: Securely package the item you wish to return, including all original packaging, accessories, and any included documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 21 days.. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if the item shows signs of use, is missing parts, or is damaged).
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us with details and, if applicable, photos of the defect or damage, so we can assist you with the exchange process.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
